Your Hug will arrive in a box bearing our distinctive “YOU'VE BEEN HUGGED” tape,
guaranteed to bring a smile from the moment they see your package. Your Hug will also
have your personal message enclosed for the recipient, should you supply one on the
checkout form (if no message is supplied, a blank enclosure card will be added to the
box that you may fill in for yourself).
Our standard shipping is FREE via USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives in 2-3
business days. Priority Mail service may take a few days longer during the
holiday season, so please allow for extra time.
Overnight delivery is available via USPS overnight express for $21 per Hug (please place
your order by 3pm EST for next business day delivery- sorry, no Saturday delivery
available). Contact us via email (before 3pm EST) if you need overnight delivery, and
we'll take care of the rest. Please be sure to fill in the shipping address on the order form,
if you are sending your Hug somewhere other than your billing address.
All orders are packed within one business day, Monday through Friday.
